Zsolt Rendetzki – CEO
Before founding Skinlys, Zsolt was a co-founder of the Chromavis group. He was the group’s Business Developer and helped turn the company into a key player in the cosmetic industry. Zsolt has accumulated more than 20 years of experience in the cosmetic packaging and manufacturing industry.

Laurent Castex – COO
Laurent used to work as the Industrial Development Director of Chromavis’ Italian division. His skills also helped to position the company as a key player in the make-up industry. Laurent has engineered, built and installed industrial facilities for cosmetic products all around the globe.

Siegfried Privé – Marketing Director
Siegfried has been the Marketing VP of some major pharmaceutical laboratories with Rx and OTC products, including dermatology and dermo-cosmetic products. Siegfried is also the former Deputy General Manager of ChromaDurlin.

After acquiring 11 years of technical expertise in skin characteristics, personal care products, marketing and communication, Mara entered the B2B make-up industry as key account manager, then sales manager for Chromavis and Gotha, where she worked in direct contact with the main players of Northern Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
